ALMOND RAISIN BISOTTI: This was our first biscotti. Made from ground, blanched almonds and honey, this biscotti appeals to anyone who loves raisins and cinnamon. With chunks of whole almonds and plump organic raisins, these biscotti are great on their own or with tea or coffee.
LEMON POPPYSEED BISCOTTI: This biscotti was created based on a suggestion from one of our Almond Raisin biscotti fans. Typically, we find that our customers are either "almond raisin" kind of people or "citrus" kind of people; this customer happened to be both! With real lemon pulp baked right into the cookie and tons of poppy seeds, this biscotti’s crunch is as big as its tang. 
ORANGE CRANBERRY BISCOTTI: When cranberries became all the rage, this biscotti was a natural extension to our cookie line. Bursting with real, hand-chopped cranberries and fresh orange pulp, this biscotti is a favourite among our many citrus-kind-of-people customers.
PEACH PISTACHO BISCOTTI:: While our other biscotti are shaped like sticks, our Dried Peach and Pistachio biscotti are flat and crispy like Melba toast and very light in flavour. This biscotti is great on its own, or topped with jam, peanut butter or any other spread. We have one customer who uses it as an appetizer served with roasted garlic and baked brie..
