ALMOND RAISIN BISOTTI: This was our first biscotti. Made from ground, blanched almonds and honey, this biscotti appeals to anyone who loves raisins and cinnamon. With chunks of whole almonds and plump organic raisins, these biscotti are great on their own or with tea or coffee.
INGREDIENTS: Ground blanched almonds, organic raisins, honey, whole eggs, cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, baking soda, salt.
LEMON POPPYSEED BISCOTTI: This biscotti was created based on a suggestion from one of our Almond Raisin biscotti fans. Typically, we find that our customers are either "almond raisin" kind of people or "citrus" kind of people; this customer happened to be both! With real lemon pulp baked right into the cookie and tons of poppy seeds, this biscotti’s crunch is as big as its tang.
INGREDIENTS: Ground blanched almonds, honey, whole eggs, poppy seeds, pure lemon juice and zest, baking soda, salt.
ORANGE CRANBERRY BISCOTTI: When cranberries became all the rage, this biscotti was a natural extension to our cookie line. Bursting with real, hand-chopped cranberries and fresh orange pulp, this biscotti is a favourite among our many citrus-kind-of-people customers.
INGREDIENTS: Ground blanched almonds, honey, whole eggs, unsweetened cranberries, whole orange juice and zest, baking soda, salt.
PEACH PISTACHO BISCOTTI:: While our other biscotti are shaped like sticks, our Dried Peach and Pistachio biscotti are flat and crispy like Melba toast and very light in flavour. This biscotti is great on its own, or topped with jam, peanut butter or any other spread. We have one customer who uses it as an appetizer served with roasted garlic and baked brie..

My husband Steven is always pressing me to come up with new products. But sometimes, I'm just fresh out of ideas! I guess he got tired of asking me because he recently turned to our head baker, Lougie, and asked her to come up with something different. What came out of Lougie's imagination and prowess in the kitchen is something that was a unanimous hit, according to the unscientific sampling we conducted at two recent shows: the CHFA Expo East and the Gluten-Free Garage pop-up marketplace, not to mention a number of informal focus groups.
The result of Lougie's efforts is what we now officially refer to as "GG Bites" - G.G. being the nickname our kids gave Lougie when they were growing up and she was, at the time, our nanny! Soon to be available in stores, the GG Bites are now available only online.

A Note about Almond Flour: The recent California almond crop had a very weak yield combined with smaller than average sized nuts. This compounded effect is resulting in significant cost increases for almonds, and thus almond flour and related products. Our previous almond flour contract resulted in a cost increase which we fully absorbed ourselves. This time around however, the cost increase is much too high, and we have no choice but to increase prices.
As you navigate through our site, you will notice that we have a few new products on offer. One of those is COCONUT FLOUR. COCONUT FLOUR is considerably less expensive than Almond Flour and we hope that you will give it a try.

Breaking The Vicious Cycle is THE book you need if you are following the Specific Carbohydrate Diet for intestinal health. Renowned pediatrician Dr. Sydney Valentine Haas developed the SCD in the 1920s to treat people with celiac disease — and in fact, according to Haas, hundreds of celiacs who started the SCD in childhood were reportedly cured of their condition.
