It's not everyday that I fall across a product that fits our mandate of Grain-Free, Gluten-Free and no refined sugar. When I first tried GROK a number of months ago, I fell in love with it! It is 100% Grana Padano cheese (an Italian cheese in the Parmesan family) baked to produce these little crunchy cheese rounds that are so delicious. In the past, I have served them as part of a chesse and fruit platter for company, on top of a salad instead of croutons, and in a homemade tomato soup. But my favourite way to eat them is as a snack on their own, straight out of the bag. We are thrilled to offer these as the first product that we do not manufacture ourselves. We believe it is an addition worthy of the Grain-Free JK Gourmet family. We look forward to your feedback. Please be aware that this product is not manufactured by JK Gourmet. Therefore, it does not fall under our KSA certification.
NOTE: The GROK has a short expiry life. Putting them in the freezer upon delivery will extend their shelf-life indefinitely. They can be removed from the freezer and enjoyed immediately.
