WHAT WE'VE BEEN UP TO

Last November, we attended the Gluten-Free Garage, a "pop-up" marketplace here in Toronto.  Here are a few pictures of Steven, me, and our boys, Sam and Theo, working at the booth.

It was a wonderful experience for us to have our boys working at our sides; they both got to interact with our customers and got a feeling for what our business is all about.  We are proud to be a sponsor of the next Gluten-Free Garage taking place on April 28th, 2013, again at ArtScape Wychwood Barns in Toronto. 

Over the past couple of months we've also added a few new products to our line: GROK 100% cheese snacks, Cocoa Butter, Elaine Gottschall's Specific Carbohydrate Diet Book: Breaking the Vicious Cycle, and a very cool MACARON KIT by Lekue to help you macaron making aficionados perfect those macarons you make with our super-fine Almond Flour. Also, stay tuned for our newest product soon to be available on-line: our own Honey-Sweet Artisan Chocolate!  Though this new product is NOT SCD legal, it is the only chocolate available that is sweetened with honey rather than sugar and we think it's pretty awesome.

We will be sampling this chocolate at the Gluten-Free Garage and will make it available for order through our website shortly after. If you are in the "hood" on Sunday the 28th, please stop by the Gluten-Free Garage to try our newest products. You'll also get a chance to meet Sam and Theo who had so much fun the 1st time, they can't wait to help out again!
